Town of Windsor Selects Data Instincts to Promote Recycled
WINDSOR, CA – September 15, 2002
The Town of Windsor’s Public Works Department has selected Data Instincts, One to One Marketing to help new homeowners in the Vintage Greens housing development become aware of the benefits of — and procedures for — using and installing the recycled water irrigation systems unique to that neighborhood.
Vintage Greens is the second dual-piping residential development in northern California and the first in Sonoma County. Dual-piping enables homeowners to use recycled water to irrigate their yards and gardens, while continuing to access potable drinking water for indoor usage. The program allows residents the opportunity to conserve water and significantly lower their water and sewer bills.
“Because of their vast experience with government and environmental projects, including the Geysers Pipeline, Data Instincts understands the subtleties of our program and they are great at working with the public,” said Matt Mullan, assistant town manager.
Mark Millan, founder of Data Instincts said, “The Town of Windsor’s commitment to recycled water projects is important for the whole community.”
